Meio ambiente
O meio ambiente (do latim ambĭens,ēntis, de ambīre, no sentido de 'andar ao redor, cercar, rodear') refere-se ao conjunto de fatores físicos, biológicos e químicos que cerca os seres vivos, influenciando-os e sendo influenciado por eles. Pode ser entendido também como o conjunto de condições que permitem abrigar e reger a vida em todas as suas formas - os ecossistemas que existem na Terra.

Ruído marrom
O ruído marrom, ruído castanho, ruído vermelho ou ruído browniano, é o ruído produzido pelo movimento Browniano. Seu nome é uma homenagem a Robert Brown, descobridor do movimento browniano. Este tipo de ruído pode ser obtido integrando o ruído branco.
Sua densidade espectral é proporcional a 1/f^2, ou seja, tem mais energia nas baixas frequências que o ruído rosa. A potência espectral decresce a 6 dB por oitava.
